V Energy wanted to leverage their 'massive hit that improves you a bit' campaign platform to talk to students, but didn't know how.
Leveraging the (rather obvious) insight that students would rather watch cat memes and Kanye fails than actually study, we created a tool that allowed them to do both.
V Adnotes is a Chrome extension that allowed students to replace all online advertising with their personal study notes, so they can study while procrastinating. And therefore improve, a bit.
Users simply installed the Chrome extension with a click, input a subject and uploaded their study notes. They could add as many subjects as they liked, and colour code each to differentiate them, which is proven to aid recall. Then, they'd simply jump online, and their notes would get served to them wherever they went.
